The main contractors Messrs Poloni & Co are diligently executing the works with the anticipated completion period of early 2010 very much in view, while the architects/project managers Messrs PM+CDC have affirmed the emphasis on tight quality control regardless of the high quality of work executed so far, the construction of the highly acclaimed design is expected to be top notch as validation for Orangeline’s standing as developers of repute. Sourcing of high quality finishes from Europe have reached advanced stages with the first set of materials expected to arrive in early October. We expect  to conclude importation of all materials before the year runs out.

Milestone payment structure being executed on the project has witnessed high level of success seeing several subscribers availing payments ahead of full attainment of the milestones .this has enabled smooth execution of the project ensuring targets are met and total commitment from the project team.
