Orange line ltd. is a design and development subsidiary of PM + CDC Associates, committed to delivery of commercial and residential developments to international standards by leveraging on the professional capabilities and track record of PM + CDC Associates in liaison with our financial partners to achieve our objectives.

Established in 2005 to strategically harness the extensive experience garnered by the firm in the construction industry in areas of creative design development and project management to surpass current industry standards and environment limitations.

Our goal at Orange line is to deliver developments that create an experience "the orange line experience", based on a life style model of sophistication, enlightenment and quality above value, our developments aim to create spaces that are foremost for living/working and also as investments, with the highest efficiency in design that ensures the utmost returns. 

Our current portfolio includes the highly acclaimed “Museum place” norman williams, ikoyi consisting of 3 town houses and a town flat, executed by PM + CDC Associates, “Tiani Terraces” banana island ikoyi consisting of 14 units of terraced houses on the prestigious banana island water front, constructed by messrs PM + CDC Ass., “Orange Apartments and Orange Mews”, both in osborne phase 2 ikoyi and “Orange Place”, sw ikoyi, the first of our proposed signature apartment schemes due by the end of 2nd quarter 2011.
